The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office said the move was the "result of routine and ongoing assessments of inmate population and classification," the St. Petersburg Times reports.
The sheriff made no reference to Bollea's legal challenge to being held in solitary, which a judge had rejected.
Bollea, 17, was sentenced last month to eight months in jail after pleading no contest to charges stemming from a car crash that left his best friend, John Graziano, in critical condition.
