The charges stem from the now-infamous video that appeared to show the troubled singer smoking crack cocaine. (Stills from the video were published by the U.K.'s Sun tabloid in January – leading to Winehouse's brief stint in rehab.)
The two have reportedly been charged with conspiracy to supply cocaine and MDMA (ecstasy).
Police have said Winehouse will not be charged in that case.
She does, however, have an ongoing drug case in Norway, where she and her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, were arrested for marijuana possession.
