As always, Donald Trump has to do it bigger and bolder than everyone else.
star has sold what is believed to be the most expensive house in the United States for a whopping $95 million.
"I love breaking records," the ever-humble Trump, 62, said Wednesday. "And this is a record."
Despite the nearly nine-digit price tag, Trump insists the buyer, Russian fertilizer tycoon Dmitry Rybolovlev, has landed a bargain.
"At the same time, I believe the buyer made an absolutely fantastic deal, and time will prove this right," the Palm Beach Post
quotes the real-estate developer as saying.
It's no load of, ahem, fertilizer. Trump's original asking price was $125 million.
Trump may soon be outdone by his very own buyer, though. Rybolovlev, estimated to be worth $12.8 billion, is said to be considering tearing down Trump's house and putting up his own.
