Greek Actor Arrested for Drunk Driving

It sounds like a plotline from his frat-house TV series, Greek, but Scott Michael Foster's arrest for misdemeanor drunken driving is all too real.

The 23-year-old, who plays a rowdy fraternity president on the ABC Family show, was arrested 12:20 a.m. Monday in Hollywood, the Associated Press reports. He was released on a $5,000 bail around 5 a.m.

Foster is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 11.
