To get in shape for Dancing with the Stars and the Spice Girls reunion tour last fall, Mel B hit the gym just five days after giving birth. "It's very early to start, but she's a tough girl," says trainer Joey Kormier, who did twice-daily cardio and strength-training sessions with the 33-year-old singer.

HOW SHE KEEPS IT OFF
Mel B maintains her 120-lb. frame by sticking to lean proteins like grilled halibut or chicken for dinner, and working out to 60-minute exercise videos daily. "She's very dedicated," says Kormier. "And she's still in fabulous shape."

Prepping for a fall triathlon since late June, Lopez, 39, has been alternating 35-minute runs with swimming and 50-minute bike rides up to six times a week.

"This is not vanity inspired," says trainer Gunnar Peterson. "The goal is the triathlon, and what happens to her body in the process is gravy."
