Penn Badgley can act, but can he model? Supermodels watch your backs, because the answer seems to be yes.

In this exclusive peek at the outtakes of a recent photo shoot to promote Proximity body spray by AXE the Gossip Girl star turned on his charm.

Badgley, posing for an insert in the August issue of GQ magazine, arrived at the Eagle Rock, Los Angeles location wearing baggy jeans, a T-shirt and a plaid shirt – but quickly changed into a succession of suits and sports jackets that fit in with the retro-70s set on the shoot, which was designed by GQ.

The star had no trouble getting into character. When he was asked to vault a wall, Badgley sprung into action. And he looked good doing it, according to an insider who said the actor looked "extremely buff" on set.
