As a dad, Drew Lachey says it's a challenge to get his daughter to eat healthy meals. So what better way to get her to chow down on a good-for-you food than a fun song?

That's why Lachey, 32, helped announce the winner of Magical Veggie Challenge, in which regular folks came up with new lyrics to the old schoolyard chant, "Beans, beans the musical fruit…"

"We've been singing it wrong all these years. Beans are a vegetable, not a fruit," said Lachey, who congratulated the winners of the contest, Kyle Sapp and David Holland. The guys created an 80s hip-hop inspired version of the old tune. As the winners, they received $5,000 and a free trip to New York City.
