The Office actor, 42, blasted AC/DC to get into character as a drummer in The Rocker. From the Beatles to Beethoven, he shares his best—and worst—musical memories.

FIRST ALBUM I EVER GOT
When I was 5, the guy at the record store told my parents to buy me the Beatles' Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band. It changed my life. I have every note memorized. I played it so much, it cut into the grooves and you couldn't play it anymore.

HEARTBREAK SONG
In high school, when I got depressed, I would sleep in my closet. So after my girlfriend dumped me, I would sleep on the floor of my closet and listen to "So Lonely" by the Police over and over again.

MUSIC THAT MAKES ME FEEL LIKE A DAD
My son is almost 4, and he's really into the Nickelodeon soundtracks, like Dora and Diego. That's what puts him to sleep every night.

WHAT SENDS ME RUNNING FOR THE EXITS
I can't stand classical music because my parents had it on 24 hours a day. It's not for me, man. I will never be a rock 'n' roller, but I like having a rock 'n' roll heart.
