Lindsay Lohan Wears a Ring – But Not The Ring

Don't ring the wedding bells just yet. Lindsay Lohan may be wearing a certain piece of jewelry on her ring finger but the actress isn't engaged, her rep tells PEOPLE.

Lohan, who still remains coy about her relationship with Samantha Ronson, debuted a heart-shaped ring on her left hand Wednesday at the Stand Up for a Cure 2008 concert in New York.

But, says her rep, "She bought it herself. It's an antique ring that she found at an antique store in NYC."

The Labor Pains actress recently revealed that she and Ronson have matching tattoos, and also praised her for being "a great person. And she's a great influence on people around her."
