Are Hugh Heffner's three girlfriends all moving on – and moving out of the Playboy Mansion?

Speculation continues to build that Holly Madison is dating magician Criss Angel, while fellow Playmate Kendra Wilkinson has been spotted repeatedly with professional football player Hank Baskett. Now Bridget Marquardt confirms that she is moving out – temporarily, at least – to host a new show for the Travel Channel.

"We all are really happy with what we're doing but we all have goals for our future that might not necessarily be at the Mansion," she told PEOPLE Wednesday night at the FOX Reality Channel Really Awards in Hollywood. "We're just trying to work through that right now."

Madison – who has been outspoken about her desire to start a family – coyly laughed off questions about Angel. And while she does admit to having her own place, she insists, "I'm still living at the Mansion."

A Philosophical Hef

Hefner, meanwhile, sounded philosophical when asked about the state of their relationship. "[Holly] wants to get married and have children," he said. "That will come in time."

What type of guy should she look for? "I want her to be happy with whomever she's with," said the magazine mogul. Preferably, "a guy as classy as me."

Madison insists she's not ready to "settle down" just yet. "I'm going to be busy over the next year, like, doing all kinds of different projects," she said. "I think I'm going to be in love with myself for the next year."
