Tate Donovan's divorce from wife, Corinne Kingsbury, was finalized last month, Los Angeles court documents confirm.
The former O.C. star, 45, filed for divorce back in December after almost two years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.
As part of their settlement, Donovan agreed to pay Kingsbury a one-time spousal support payment of $55,000. In exchange, she agreed not to seek any further spousal support.
The former couple have no children together.
On Sunday, Donovan brought his mother, Eileen, as his date to the Emmy Awards and the Governors Ball.
