Sienna Miller Wins $26,000 in Damages
Sienna Miller has agreed to accept $26,722 in damages from the U.K.'s Daily Star newspaper, the BBC reports. The out-of-court settlement follows the publication of a photo she claimed violated her privacy. (The paper has also issued a public apology.)

The 26-year-old has previously successfully sued two other British tabloids for running paparazzi photos taken while she was filming a nude scene for the movie Hippie Hippie Shake.

Miller is also suing a photo agency for taking topless shots of her cavorting with married actor Balthazar Getty off Italy's Amalfi coast earlier this year.
