After calling it quits
four years ago, Vermont jam band Phish will reunite for several concerts in 2009, according to the band’s Web site, phish.com
A statement posted on the site says the band will play March 6, 7 and 8 at the Hampton Coliseum in Hampton, Va., where they recorded their 1999 live album "Hampton Comes Alive." More touring dates will be announced early next year.
The buzz of a possible reunion grew after the band got together to play at the wedding of their former road manager in early September.
Phish was one of the top touring acts of the past three decades when they bid farewell in 2004, according to Billboard.com
