She's ba-ack!

Rosie O'Donnell will return to TV next month when she hosts her own variety show, appropriately titled Rosie's Variety Hour, Variety reports.

O'Donnell's NBC special – airing Nov. 26, the night before Thanksgiving – will serve up a smorgasbord of celebrity guests, comic turns, musical acts and a prize giveaway for both the show's in-studio and at-home audiences, according to the network.

"It's going to be the YouTube of variety shows," said an NBC spokesman.

If the hour-long show catches enough viewers' eyes, it could become a recurring event next year.

That would be O'Donnell's first regular TV gig since she departed The View in a firestorm of controversy.

Since then, the comedian, 46, has stayed in the public eye with roles on Nip/Tuck and her candid blog. Last Sunday, she also appeared in an outrageous sketch on the new HBO series Little Britain, playing herself at a Weight Watchers-like meeting.

Her Rosie O'Donnell Show was a syndicated daytime hit for five years until it went off the air in 2001.
