JENNIE GARTH, 36
On the new 90210 Garth once again plays Kelly Taylor—"but I'm a lot older now," she notes. To look her best, Garth does one hour of cardio or yoga five times a week, has cut back on sugary treats and tried Botox—but "in the slightest amount," she says. "I don't want my face to change."

GABRIELLE ANWAR, 38
Childhood dance training helped her tango with Al Pacino in Woman; now Anwar credits daily yoga with stripping her of "all unnecessary fat" to play an ex-IRA operative on USA's Burn Notice. Her one food weakness? "Belgian chocolate!"

LORI LOUGHLIN, 44
A longtime Pilates fan, Loughlin says to stay a size 2, "as I got older, I needed more cardio," and now jogs three times a week. She also goes for regular collagen facials and gets occasional Botox injections, saying, "It makes you look really well-rested."
