The 58-year-old singer cancelled her October tour dates and cleared her schedule after being hospitalized in New York in September.
"She is back at home and she seems to be doing pretty well," said a rep for the Grammy winner. "The Hepatitis C is pretty much under control."
The daughter of legendary singer Nat King Cole confirmed in July that she had been diagnosed with the liver disease, saying she probably contracted it from drug use more than 30 years ago.
According to the rep, Cole is considering resuming some of her touring schedule in November.
