SNEAK PEEK: Nicole Richie Muscles Up on Chuck

Nicole Richie filmed a kick-butt appearance on NBC's Chuck – literally. Richie will guest on an Oct. 20 episode, playing a bully, and PEOPLE.com has an exclusive photo of her appearance.

In the episode, called "Chuck vs. the Cougars," Richie plays Heather Chandler, a high school nemesis who bullied Yvonne Strahovski's character, Sarah.

"She has a great fight scene," a source told PEOPLE in July. But everything was friendly when the cameras stopped rolling, as Richie and Strahovski were "giving each other high-fives," the source said. "She was friendly. Everybody loved her." – Brian Orloff and Lisa Ingrassia
