Nancy Reagan Hospitalized with Broken Pelvis
Former first lady Nancy Reagan has been hospitalized in Los Angeles with a broken pelvis, the Associated Press reports.

Reagan, 87, fell at her Bel Air home last week and, after the pain persisted, decided on Monday to be examined at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, according to her spokesperson, Joanne Drake.

Saying Reagan "is in very good spirits" despite some pain, Drake added that no surgery would be required. Reagan is undergoing physical therapy.

It is not known how long she will remain in the hospital.

In June 2005, Reagan was briefly hospitalized after falling in her London hotel room while on vacation in the U.K. – her first extended trip since the death of her husband, former President Ronald Reagan, in June 2004.
