Nick Hogan Released from Jail
Nick Hogan walked out of the Pinellas County jail in Clearwater, Fla., a free man early Tuesday morning after serving 166 days of an 8-month sentence for causing a serious traffic crash.

The 18-year-old son of pro wrestling star Hulk Hogan was met by his sister Brooke and flashed a peace sign as he left the facility at 12:30 a.m. He had no comment for reporters.

Nick, whose real last name is Bollea, had pleaded no contest in May to causing the August 2007 smashup. Authorities said he raced through a busy street and crashed his father's car, critically injuring a friend and former Marine who served in Iraq, John Graziano.

Bollea could have faced five years behind bars, but Graziano's family requested a lesser sentence.

Still, the Graziano family has threatened legal action against the Hogans and has established a foundation to help their son.
