Charlie Sheen's father, Martin, has already made an appearance on Two and a Half Men. Now Charlie's older brother is getting in on the family action.

PEOPLE has learned that Emilio Estevez will guest star in an upcoming episode of the CBS hit comedy – but he won't play a relative of Sheen's character, Charlie Harper. Instead, Estevez will play one of Harper's old drinking buddies.

"My dad did the show a couple of years ago," Sheen says, "so it was only a matter of time until someone of my brother's talent could also come and play in our sandbox."

Estevez, 46, and Sheen, 43, last collaborated in the 2002 movie Project X, in which they portrayed porn industry brothers Artie and Jim Mitchell.

Their father, Martin, guest-starred on Two and a Half Men in 2005, playing the father of Charlie Harper's neighbor, Rose.
