Britney's Son Released from Hospital

Britney Spears' two-year-old son Jayden is out of hospital and back with his family, according to a post on the singer's Web site.

"A source close to the Spears family has told us that Britney and family have left the Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center," says the update. "Jayden is fine."

Spears was photographed outside the facility Monday evening, cradling her youngest son as they entered a waiting SUV.

A source tells PEOPLE the boy was hospitalized overnight after suffering a "terrible allergic reaction" to something he ingested.

The health scare came in the midst of a family vacation in Louisiana. It is Spears' first trip out of California with the boys since she lost custody early this year.
