Scrubs gets a new network and a sexy new chief of medicine – Courteney Cox Arquette – and PEOPLE has the first-look photo.

The long-running NBC comedy is now on ABC, with the Friend-turned-MD appearing in the season-eight premiere on Jan. 6 as Dr. Maddox in the first of three episodes. – Mike Fleeman
