PINK Funhouse
The pop-rocker turns her split from motocross racer Carey Hart into plenty of listening pleasure on Funhouse. She's badass one minute (the No. 1 single "So What"), vulnerable the next (the heartfelt ballad "I Don't Believe You").

T.I. Paper Trail
For this rap star, spending five months under house arrest on weapons charges clearly provided a creative shot in the arm. Led by the No. 1 hits "Whatever You Like" and "Live Your Life," it's a near-perfect hip-hop CD for 2008.

KEANE Perfect Symmetry
On their third album these moody dudes actually sound like they're having fun with the bouncy, '80s-inspired dance-pop of tracks like the first single, "Spiralling," and the totally Wham!-esque "Better than This."

ROBIN THICKE Something Else
Thicke, the most soulful white guy on the planet, continues to defy color barriers on one of the year's best R&B discs. He takes you on a plush magic-carpet ride back to the golden age of '70s soul.
