Eva Longoria Parker: Bye-Bye, 10 Lbs.!

Eva Longoria Parker may have gained 10 lbs. by spending her summer "cooking and eating," as she told PEOPLE, but after actress pal Lake Bell gave her the weight- loss book Skinny Bitch, she added more veggies to her diet (although she didn't, as the book advises, go vegan).
Combined with a new trainer, Aimet Victoria—who has her doing strength and cardio workouts three to four times a week—Longoria "is looking absolutely fantastic," says a friend.
