What's Nicole Kidman's recipe for making her baby's first Christmas a special one?
"Just a lot of hugs and kisses and Christmas carols," the Australia star tells PEOPLE at the London premiere of her romantic movie epic.
With only 15 days till Christmas, Kidman's managed to buy one present for daughter Sunday Rose – a turtle puppet.
"She loves puppets!" Kidman tells PEOPLE.
Joining Kidman on the red carpet Wednesday, her costar in Australia (and PEOPLE's reigning Sexiest Man Alive), Hugh Jackman, revealed his own Christmas plans.
"I'm going to be in New York with my family," he tells PEOPLE, adding, "I'll be going to the Nutcracker, I'll be going to Rockefeller Plaza, I'll be going to the Rockettes, maybe catch a Knicks game or two."
But Jackman says he won't be homesick for warmer holiday celebrations in his native Down Under.
"I've just been at home for two years straight, so I'll be okay," he says. "But I actually like the snow. I like the cold – it's all different, it's all a novelty to me."
He also admits that more than the weather helped keep him warm on the set of Australia. "Kissing Nicole is not a hard day at the office," Jackman says with a chuckle.
