Caught in the Act!

• Nick Lachey, snapping photos with eager female fans during a dinner out in his hometown, Cincinnati. The singer was dining with brother Drew Lachey and his father at Via Vite, a new Italian restaurant downtown. According to an observer, aside from basking in a little attention, Lachey was pretty low-key at dinner and texted throughout the meal. He did brighten up, though, when former 98 Degrees member Justin Jeffre joined their table.

• Lauren Conrad, having drinks in a VIP cabana during the "It's a Woody Christmas" party at Here Lounge in West Hollywood. The Hills star brought a friend to the bash, but spent most of her time with event producer (and close pal) Woody Woodbeck. Conrad also posed for some photos with fans at the event, and even brought along a teddy bear, which she donated to the Toys for Tots drive.

• In Minneapolis to promote his latest film, Seven Pounds, Will Smith still made time for a little pampering. The actor walked into the Aveda Institute for a massage from a student – and even addressed one of the classes afterward.

• Rachel Bilson, grabbing Mexican food for dinner at Malo, a restaurant in L.A.'s Silver Lake neighborhood. The actress was decked out in a sparkly blue sequined jacket while eating enchiladas and corn on the cob with her female friends.

• Colin Farrell, getting a caffeine jolt at the Sunset Tower Hotel's bar in Los Angeles. The actor drank an espresso during a meeting with what appeared to be "someone agent-like," an onlooker says. With his hair still long, Farrell was nattily dressed with his scarf around his neck.

• Lenny Kravitz, grabbing some workout time with his daughter Zoe. The pair have been spotted at ME Fitness in Miami at least once a week for training sessions. "Lenny seems so happy when Zoe is around and is really trying to help her get healthy and fit," an onlooker at the gym tells us. "It seems like they are having the best time and really bonding."
