"We responded to a '10-63,' that's a suicidal person call. Mindy McCready was at the house," Kris Mumford, a Nashville Police Department spokeswoman, told the New York Daily News.
Police and paramedics arrived at a home where the country singer, 33, was staying and transported her to a Nashville-area hospital, where she was treated for wounds to her wrists, Mumford said.
"Apparently she called the mother of her roommate and said some things that caused the mother concern," the spokeswoman added.
McCready, who spent 30 days in jail for violating probation on a 2004 drug charge, entered rehab in July, three months after confirming she had a longterm affair with Yankee star Roger Clemens.
