Walsh, 41, said in her Los Angeles Superior Court filing that she and Alex Young, 37, a production co-president at 20th Century Fox, split on Nov. 17 – a year and two-and-a-half months after their Labor Day Weekend wedding, TMZ.com reports.
Young said in his filing that they split on Nov. 22.
No reason was given for the discrepancy. Both cited the usual "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split, and neither is seeking spousal support, according to TMZ.
