Caught in the Act!

• Jennifer Garner, grabbing coffee with a female companion at celeb favorite coffee shop Caffe Luxxe on Santa Monica's Montana Avenue. Dressed casually in a lilac sweater, maternity jeans and sneakers, the makeup-free and pregnant star was oblivious to the paparazzi outside. Her tipple of choice? Decaf of course!

• Hayden Panettiere and Milo Ventimiglia, picking up gift wrap and ribbon at the Container Store in Manhattan before the holidays. "They looked very happy and smiley together," a source says. "Milo even carried the bags out for Hayden."

• Making an even sweeter stop: Sarah Jessica Parker, who popped into Dylan's Candy Bar in East Hampton, N.Y., for a box of Jujyfruits. The solo shopper also took home a couple of pairs of sweatpants, Blow Pops and a big package of caramel bull's eyes. And, as she left, she wished the staff a happy New Year.

• Brody Jenner, celebrating the premiere of his new MTV reality show Bromance at ONE Sunset in Los Angeles. With girlfriend Jayde Nicole and mom in tow, Jenner dressed casually in a striped button-down and oversized jean shorts. But it wasn't just a family affair: He sipped on Belvedere vodka throughout the night, and took shots of Patron and Dom Perignon with friends.
