Regulars in the creative styling competition held as part of the annual Groom Expo pet fair (hosted last year in Hershey, Pa.), Cindy and her owner-groomer, Sandra Hartness, from Yucca Valley, Calif., have won 14 awards. Their secret weapons: scissors, food dye and Elmer's glue.

PEACOCK
"She knows when she looks good," Hartness says of Cindy (in this year's winning look). "She gets wiggly."

PANDA
Groomer Karen Stickel of Oak Ridge, N.J., who used temporary hair coloring on Jackson, says the poodle "loves the limelight."
