For 104 episodes, from 1994 to 1999, George Clooney played Dr. Doug Ross on NBC's must-see medical drama ER. Then he went off to movie stardom – and twice received the honor of being named PEOPLE's Sexiest Man Alive.

But now that his former series is ending its 15-season run, Clooney is coming back, to play Dr. Ross for a final episode to air April 2.

So, in the 10 years since he stripped out of his scrubs, has the sexy man gotten sexier? Or, was Clooney a hunkier catch back in the old days? You decide.
