"I don't really worry about [my weight] that much when I'm happy," she told PEOPLE last year. And since she started dating Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo, 28, in November 2007, Simpson, 28, has had plenty to smile about. "She's happier than ever," a source tells PEOPLE. Of course, having a boyfriend who loves your body helps. As Simpson herself told PEOPLE: "He would never say, 'I think you need to lose some weight.' If he did, I wouldn't be dating him!"
