The former George Lopez star and her fiancé, yoga teacher Kent Katich, welcomed daughter Luna Marie on Feb. 5 in Santa Monica, PEOPLE has learned exclusively.
The baby girl was born at 4:12 p.m. and weighed 8 lbs., 13 oz.
"Luna Marie is so chubby-delicious! But, she's a big baby!," said Marie. "She came out lookin' like she just got off work and was ready for a stiff martini at happy hour!"
Marie, 43, starred as homemaker Angie Lopez on ABC's George Lopez and played attorney Nina Gonzales on PBS's drama American Family. Katich is the founder and president of All Sport Yoga.
