It's over between illusionist Criss Angel and Girl Next Door Holly Madison.

"Criss and Holly are no longer a couple," their rep, Steve Flynn, tells PEOPLE. "They remain very close friends and wish each other the very best."

Angel, 41, and Madison, 29, began dating last October when Angel's Las Vegas show, "Believe," was beginning. At the time, they were seen walking hand-in-hand and even making out on the red carpet.
