Facing his third DUI conviction – this one for allegedly driving a motor home while drunk – it was certain former TV host Gary Collins was going to be locked up somewhere.

On Monday, he found out it could be jail or his own home. The 70-year-old Collins pleaded no contest following his arrest on Jan. 31 in Santa Barbara County and was sentenced to four months in county jail. But he may apply for home detention and electronic monitoring – though if he doesn't qualify, he must report to jail by June 2. He also was given three years probation, during which time his license will be suspended.

At the time of his arrest, Collins's blood alcohol level was .29, more than three times the legal limit, authorities have said. In January 2008, he served four days in a Glendale, Calif., jail for what was his second DUI conviction at the time.

A rep for Collins wasn't immediately available.
