KNOW YOUR WILD ANIMALS Walk away from a bear slowly; be respectful. Run away from an alligator. It's a myth that they can't [run] zigzag, so run in a straight line.

OUTWIT LIGHTNING If you're outside in a storm, crouch on the balls of your feet, with arms between your legs and heels touching each other. It creates a perfect circuit.

PARACHUTE WISELY Fatalities occur when divers don't deploy the chute or pull too late. Stay calm to avoid brain lock. Situational awareness can mean the difference between life and death.
