Departing from the Vanity Fair party as Kate Winslet was arriving, Meryl Streep couldn't resist playfully grabbing the statue from the first-time winner.
Winslet brought her dad, Roger, and enjoyed snapping photos of celebrities at the party.
Sean Penn won Best Actor, but no hard feelings from Mickey Rourke. "We have a relationship that goes back a long way," Penn told Oprah Winfrey.
"She's my date for the rest of this incarnation," Best Supporting Actor nominee Robert Downey Jr. told ABC of wife Susan.

After a year's hiatus, the bash returned starrier than ever with a soiree at the historic Sunset Tower Hotel, where Oscar winners rubbed shoulders with A-listers like Halle Berry, Gwen Stefani and Jennifer Aniston.
Parents Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale enjoyed a night away from the kids, while A-listers—including Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer—stopped by their table.
QUEEN OF THE PARTY
Benjamin Button's Taraji P. Henson was the life of the party, entertaining Alicia Keys, Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry.
After a long day, Milk's Josh Brolin and his wife, Diane Lane (both in Dolce & Gabbana), relaxed until late in the evening, chatting with pals and kicking back.
Jake Gyllenhaal and Reese Witherspoon stayed low-key all night. Witherspoon's ex Ryan Phillippe also attended, bringing girlfriend Abbie Cornish.

"This is the first time I've walked a red carpet with somebody," John Mayer told The Oprah Winfrey Show as he and Jennifer Aniston officially took their relationship to a new level. On Friday they partied with his pals at a bowling alley, then went back to Aniston's home, where she hosted a cocktail party the next night. At the Oscars the couple sat 12 seats away from Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie—their paths never crossed—then hit the Vanity Fair bash hand in hand. How did Aniston feel with Mayer on her arm? She told Oprah, "Very happy."
