VANITY FAIR PARTY
After a year's hiatus, the bash returned starrier than ever with a soiree at the historic Sunset Tower Hotel, where Oscar winners rubbed shoulders with A-listers like Halle Berry, Gwen Stefani and Jennifer Aniston.
Parents Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale enjoyed a night away from the kids, while A-listers—including Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer—stopped by their table.

JOHN & JEN'S COZY OSCAR WEEKEND
"This is the first time I've walked a red carpet with somebody," John Mayer told The Oprah Winfrey Show as he and Jennifer Aniston officially took their relationship to a new level. On Friday they partied with his pals at a bowling alley, then went back to Aniston's home, where she hosted a cocktail party the next night. At the Oscars the couple sat 12 seats away from Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie—their paths never crossed—then hit the Vanity Fair bash hand in hand. How did Aniston feel with Mayer on her arm? She told Oprah, "Very happy."
