Kate Hudson & Owen Wilson
One of Hollywood's most famous on-again, off-again couples, Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson, is ready for another round. "They're back together," a source confirms to Scoop. Hudson, 29, and Wilson, 40, first began dating in September 2006 after filming You, Me and Dupree but split in May 2007. Then at last year's Oscars, the pair rekindled their romance, but it fizzled a couple of months later. Now the happy-go-lucky couple are ready for another shot at love. "They're seeing where things go and having fun with it," says the source.
Hudson spent Super Bowl Sunday at Wilson's Malibu home with a group of his friends, and on Feb. 7 the lovebirds enjoyed dinner at Robata Bar in Santa Monica. "They were very chill and relaxed," says an eyewitness. The following afternoon Wilson bonded with Hudson and her 5-year-old son Ryder in Malibu. "Owen really likes Kate," says the source. "They both have that crazy free-spirit thing going on. They're adorable together."
HER PLASTIC SURGERY NIGHTMARE
It was supposed to be a fun weekend, capped by a performance at Clive Davis's pre-Grammy party. But on Feb. 6 Usher received a horrifying phone call: His wife Tameka Raymond's heart had stopped during a plastic surgery procedure in Brazil. "She was in bad shape," says a source. "Usher flew down as soon as he could." The terrifying news came only two months after Tameka, 38, gave birth to their second child, Naveid. (She has three sons from a previous marriage.) Friends say Usher is thankful that his wife—who is in "stable condition"—is alive. "She's his wife and the mother of his children," says the first source. "He loves her."
JUDE LOOKS LIKE A LADY
In the indie film Rage, which premiered at the Berlin Film Festival Feb. 8, Jude Law, 36, plays Minx, a transgender model (left). It's a far cry from the cad he often plays, but Law was up for the challenge, says director Sally Potter: "Jude made the courageous decision to accept the role ... and took on a kind of hyper-beauty for this persona."
Rachel & Josh
Rachel McAdams, 32, and Josh Lucas, 37—who were seen embracing at an Inaugural ball last month—enjoyed a cozy dinner at N.Y.C.'s Waverly Inn Feb. 2. With her hand on his leg, they shared macaroni and cheese—and romantic glances!
Leonardo DiCaprio, 34, and girlfriend Bar Refaeli, 23, do their best to keep a low profile, but not this month: Israeli-born Refaeli is SPORTS ILLUSTRATED's 2009 Swimsuit Edition cover girl. "This was my dream," she says. So what's next? She muses that a path similar to former SI cover girl Heidi Klum wouldn't be bad: "She's totally into her family and so into motherhood. That's something I'd love!" Leo?

She put a pair of boxers on my head! ... Unfortunately, you didn't see the horseback ride Naomi [inset] and I took: My horse got spooked and started spinning in circles! ... The tooth fairy box Melissa made for [my son] Ty was so thoughtful.... I said goodbye to Naomi, but I know I made the right decision."

THE GRAMMYS: TIME TO PARTY!
The 51st Grammy Awards' A-list musicians took over Los Angeles nightlife. At Clive Davis's pre-Grammy gala Feb. 8, Whitney Houston and Jennifer Hudson stole the show (Jamie Foxx rushed the stage when Houston sang). Diddy talked with the Jonas Brothers, and Rod Stewart noticed the "astounding trousers" Davis wore. Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel (inset) hit the Kings of Leon party at Teddy's in the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, and Kanye West and Jay-Z rapped at Jermaine Dupri's Hyde bash. • 2/4, L.A.: Ellen Pompeo threw hubby Chris Ivery a 41st-b-day bash at ONE Sunset. Surrounded by guests like Pompeo's Grey's Anatomy costar Eric Dane with wife Rebecca Gayheart, Ivery blew out the candles on two cakes! "He and Ellen were really cute," says an onlooker. • 2/6, Miami: Eva Longoria Parker (inset) started the night at Mokai and later danced at LIV to Katy Perry's "I Kissed a Girl" until 3 a.m. She was in town for Lingerie Miami, a benefit for organizations that empower impoverished women. • 2/7, N.Y.C: Gossip Girl's Jessica Szohr and Lipstick Jungle's Lindsay Price gave out (candy!) smooches at the Armani Exchange Kiss for a Cause, which raised money for the National AIDS Fund.

The stunning star of The International dishes about being a career mom, hunky costar Clive Owen and one of the secrets behind her post-baby body
1 Was it difficult juggling being a mom to your newborn son Alexander [now 18 months] while filming?
It was a struggle. But everyone was very sensitive to that. I was breaking every three hours to feed the baby!
2 What was it like to work with Clive Owen?
He's a lot of fun. He has that English-schoolboy comedy that I tap into. And he's very easy on the eyes.
3 Much of the film is set in N.Y.C., where you live. What's your take on the city?
I love the street life and speed of the city, but it can also drive you mad!

I don't feel stunning yet. But nursing really helps you drop the immediate weight and water retention!
5 Have your boys had a play date with Nicole Kidman's daughter Sunday?
Not yet, but I've met Sunday and she's beautiful, and Nic is totally in love with her.
