Robert O'Ryan, 34, was also charged with two misdemeanor counts of carrying a loaded firearm in his vehicle. He faces an arraignment Thursday.
O'Ryan was arrested early Tuesday morning after he allegedly jumped a fence at CBS studios where the show was filming earlier in the day.
He is being held on $35,000 bail, but prosecutors will ask that bail be set at $220,000, the DAs say. If convicted, he faces up to four years in state prison.
