Wanna live like a movie star?

For a mere $9,500 a month, you could enjoy the lifestyle lived by Wedding Crashers star Vince Vaughn – minus the fame and fortune, of course.

The motor-mouthed actor – who's made no secret of his love for his hometown of Chicago – is renting out his four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom townhouse in the lively River North area.

The renter has an option to take the space fully furnished for a little more money, meaning that he or she could throw an Old School-style party with Vaughn's sound system and home theater, and then go to sleep on Vaughn's king-sized bed in the master suite.

"It can be rented unfurnished or furnished – if you want the Vince Vaughn effect,” Rubloff real-estate agent Liane Pruchnik told Chicago Business.

Vaughn, who turns 39 on Saturday, bought the property in 2005 for $1.45 million, and sees it as an investment, not something to sell off. The recently engaged Vaughn, whose wife-to-be is a real-estate agent, also owns a condominium in Chicago's Palmolive Building.

A high-profile romance with an A-list actress isn't included in the rental.
