British Actor to Join New Moon Cast
British newcomer Jamie Campbell-Bower is the latest star set to vamp it up in the Twilight sequel New Moon.

The 20-year-old actor – whose previous screen credits include RocknRolla and Sweeney Toddconfirmed to BBC News that he will play immortal villain Caius, leader of the Volturi vampire clan. He joins Dakota Fanning, who will portray the Volturi's angel-faced minion Jane.

Though Campbell-Bower said taking part in the vampire series is "very exciting," he claims he is no match for sexy leading man Robert Pattinson. "I doubt I'll get the same sort of adulation as Robert – but it's always nice when people recognize you for your work," he told BBC News.

Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner will reprise their roles in New Moon, which began filming this month and is set to open on Nov. 20, 2009. The third film in the series, Eclipse, will arrive June 30, 2010.
