Five years after his 2000 divorce from Demi Moore, PEOPLE asked Bruce Willis if he would ever remarry. "Unless the hand of God intervenes," he replied, "I'm going to go out as a bachelor." Divine intervention came in the form of British model Emma Heming, whom he met through a pal (they also both appeared in 2007's Perfect Stranger). They exchanged vows March 21 on Parrot Cay in Turks and Caicos. Willis's daughters with Moore—Rumer, 20, Scout, 17, and Tallulah, 15—attended, as did Moore and her husband, Ashton Kutcher. The couple plan a civil ceremony upon their return to California.
DANICA McKELLAR & MIKE VERTA
If Danica McKellar felt any jitters before her March 22 wedding, she didn't show it. "I can't wait!" said the Wonder Years actress, 34. But after dating composer Mike Verta, 36, for seven years, this bride knew what she wanted: a black-tie affair. Wearing a tiara and a mermaid-style gown, McKellar wed Verta at sunset in La Jolla, Calif., in front of 150 guests. At the reception they danced their first dance—written by the groom—under a crystal chandelier. Now they're ready to live happily ever after ... with a little company. Says McKellar: "We can't wait to have kids."
CALISTA FLOCKHART & HARRISON FORD
Harrison Ford "doesn't approach anything about life frivolously," costume designer Bernie Pollack told PEOPLE in 2003, a year after the actor fell for Calista Flockhart. But good things really do come to those who wait: Sources close to the couple confirm that after more than seven years together, Ford, 66, proposed to Flockhart, 44, over Valentine's Day weekend. While the pair has not set a date, this will be the first marriage for Flockhart and the third marriage for Ford, who has lived with the actress and her son Liam, 8, since 2003. Those who know the couple are thrilled by the news. "They're so down-to-earth and so much in love," says philanthropist Baroness Monica von Neumann, who knows them through their work with the environmental charity Oceana. "It's amazing how much he adores [Liam]."
NATASHA BEDINGFIELD & MATTHEW ROBINSON
When British singer Natasha Bedingfield got engaged to California businessman Matthew Robinson last September, she exclaimed to PEOPLE, "I'm the luckiest girl in the world!" She's also a classic romantic. On March 21 the "Unwritten" songstress—wearing a strapless Vera Wang gown and veil and H. Stern diamonds—walked down a rose-petal-covered aisle to the sounds of Mendelssohn's "Wedding March" after she and Robinson exchanged vows at Malibu's Church Estate Vineyard. Bedingfield, 27, who chose purple and pink hues for her big day, is clearly smitten. "Matt is hotter to me than David Beckham," she said in November. "He is honest, funny, charming and hot."
DAVID LETTERMAN & REGINA LASKO
What better way for David Letterman to announce his nuptials than during a Late Show monologue? "Regina and I began dating in February of 1986," he told the audience during his March 23 show. "I said, 'Well, things are going pretty good; let's just see what happens in about 10 years.'" One son (Harry, 5), one quintuple bypass (for Letterman in 2000) and 23 years later, Letterman, 61, and Lasko, 48, a TV production manager, tied the knot at the Teton County Courthouse in Choteau, Mont., on March 19—but not without one final last-minute glitch. As the family drove to the courthouse, their pickup truck encountered heavy winds and ended up stuck in the mud. Joked Letterman: "The whole way, I'm thinking, 'See, you try to get married, this is what happens.'"
