"Life is too short to miss out on the beautiful things like a double cheeseburger," says Tatum, 29, who made PEOPLE's list of the World's Most Beautiful People.
And while Tatum knows how to throw a mean punch, the Fighting star still hasn't quite figure out the whole sex symbol thing.
"It's about as flattering as it gets," he says. "I just never know how to deal with it, I never know what to say. I'm just really humbled by it."
The actor has a blockbuster summer ahead, starring in Public Enemies with Johnny Depp and Christian Bale in July, and G.I. Joe in August.
Also in the works: the most important production of all, his upcoming wedding to actress Jenna Dewan, 28.
But he hasn't let is all go to his head. "I'm very lucky," he says. "I really won the lottery in so many places in my life."
