First Look at the Jon and Kate Plus Eight Premiere

For the first time since their TLC show Jon and Kate Plus Eight began filming in 2006, Jon and Kate Gosselin taped their usually joint interviews separately, according to a sneak preview of the new season.

The couple – shown together at their sextuplets' fifth birthday party – talk individually about their love for their children and Jon addresses their marital difficulties.

"Kate and I have been going through a lot of stuff and discussing what's best for our kids," says Jon, barely filling the couple's love seat. "What'd we say from the beginning? 'It's a crazy life, but it's our life.' That's so true." Adds Kate: "My kids are the reason I have always done everything."
