The Killers singer Brandon Flowers and his wife Tana are expecting their second child, a rep for the band confirms to PEOPLE.

The couple, both 27, welcomed son Ammon in July 2007.

The Killers are currently touring in support of their third album, Day & Age, and will headline Lollapalooza in August.
