"She's going to be soccer mom for sure," her pal and former costar Holly Madison tells PEOPLE. "She's really into sports and playing ball, so I'm sure her child will be too."
More reason the child will be athetic: father Hank Baskett is a professional football player.
Wilkinson, who now stars in the Girls spinoff Kendra on E!, announced the pregnancy Wednesday. But Madison, who will star in Las Vegas's PEEPSHOW in June, says she found out about it over Memorial weekend in Vegas.
"I was surprised but so happy for her," Madison says. "I know that ever since she met Hank she's been anxious to have a baby. She'll be really in tune with that baby and she'll be a great mom."
