The singer and game show host gave birth to a healthy baby girl on Friday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, her manager Mickey Shapiro confirms to PEOPLE.
Wilson is "happy as a lark," says Shapiro, and both mom and baby are doing well. "They're happy, healthy and smiling."
Baby Luciana Bella, named months before her entry into the world, weighed in at 6 lbs., 5 oz. She is the second child for the star and husband Rob Bonfiglio, who welcomed daughter Lola Sofia in April 2005.
Wilson, who can currently be seen hosting a revival of the classic The Newlywed Game on GSN, is a former member of the Wilson Phillips female trio. Bonfiglio is a former guitarist for Blush. The two met while on tour and married in June 2000.
Wilson was stepping out into the limelight just weeks before her due date. "I'm tired and my tummy is so tight!" Wilson, 41, told PEOPLE at GSN Game Show Awards in Beverly Hills last month.
