Susan Boyle Wows the Crowd at London Shows | Susan Boyle
Susan Boyle was back before the footlights with the Britain's Got Talent roadshow Sunday, after missing a series of concerts.

The singer, 48, rested rather than performed around the U.K. late last week and into the weekend, but London fans received the full Boyle treatment at two shows at Wembley Arena Sunday. Audiences rewarded her with standing ovations after her signature pieces, "I Dreamed a Dream" and "Memory." "She did really well," her rep says.

On tour with finalists of the hit British TV show, Boyle had missed performances in Liverpool, Cardiff and Nottingham (on Saturday), and Talent judge Simon Cowell admits mistakes were made in handling Boyle.

"She was still tired," the rep tells PEOPLE. "With all the traveling the decision was made to have a rest until Sunday."

The Sunday afternoon and evening shows in London – YouTube and TV clips of her Birmingham concert show the main attraction wearing a silver dress with a low neckline – were only a short distance from Boyle's hotel. She is scheduled to sing Tuesday in Aberdeen, Scotland. The tour ends July 5 in Bournemouth.
