Jason Biggs, married to Jenny Mollen: "I proposed twice. I proposed once spontaneously – I didn't even have a ring. I used an earring. We were in St. Martin. I just bought her these earrings and I took one out of her ear and proposed to her with it. And then I got a ring and did a more formal proposal on Valentine's Day in Big Sur. It was really cool."
Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon, married to Michael Nilon: "We broke up for three months. I went to a movie premiere and he [was there], hoping he would see me and I was hoping I would see him. At the end of the night we didn't see each other and I thought he left but he was waiting for me. He came up to me and asked, "Will you marry me?" And I was like, Yes!"
Real Housewives of New York City's Simon van Kempen, married to Alex McCord: "We were on a nude beach and I rolled over on top of her and said, 'Nothing would make me more happy than if you would spend the rest of your life with me.'" McCord added: "And I remember I said something really inane like, 'Oh, that sounds good.' "
John Cusimano, married to Rachael Ray: "We were supposed to have moved into a new apartment that was being renovated. It wasn't going to be ready for another four months. The first thing I was going to do in the new apartment was give her the ring. But that wasn't going to happen, so I just reached into my bag, I threw the ring at her." Said Ray: "I thought it was a key ring, because I was always losing the keys to the apartment."
LL Cool J, married to Simone Smith: "I drove my Porsche 110 m.p.h. and wouldn't slow down until she said yes!"
