Just one month after giving birth to her second child – daughter Helena – Kelly Rutherford was relaxing poolside ... with her kids close by, of course! The Gossip Girl star took son Hermes, 2 ½, and her newborn to the Sierra Mist Beach House in Malibu, Calif., on Saturday, where the trio spent the afternoon at a barbeque there.

"Kelly was an adorable mother, having a nap poolside with both kids on her," an onlooker says. "Helena was so cute and didn't even cry." Meanwhile, according to the onlooker, Hermes loved the backyard and playing by the pool. Says the onlooker: "He didn't want to leave." – Jennifer Garcia
